I've been thinking about measuring a lot lately. How I measure myself and all. And I've come to a conclusion, my measuring tape sucks. The way I measure my success is like as weird as the way we measure in the US. The only problem is, I don't know how to use the metric system! Weird analogy huh? Well I measure my success by awards, accomplishments, titles, records, ect. But that's all just paper. I don't really know how to measure myself as a person, and maybe I just dont' want to. Maybe if I measure myself with the metric system I'll come up too short to please myself, thus my use of a measuring system is as weird as that in the US of A. So how should I measure? skin deep? because that doesnt' work too well... it's rather shallow. But if all I have is accomplishments, if I've dedicating my life to achieving and leading, then is there really a real Sarah? Have I filled my schedule so full that I never truely developed as a person? Sure I have my flaws and strengths and likes and dislikes and values and morals and goals. But maybe I missed soemthing along the way... :roll: :?:

The past few weeks have been sort of blah, and blahness and bloggingness don't combine, so my apologies for the lack of blogs. Here's an interesting conversation with tim for your reading pleasure... will it make u think? probably not. will it make u think I'm strange... hmm oh well. enjoy :D

What is loyalty? Does it really exist? I mean say you're loyal to one person, and you promise to always be by there side... oh well unless it could offend someone else you casually know right? You see loyalty is a good character trait for a dog because dogs just love you and stand by you. For example, someone could be offering your dog a new dog house or something, but say they were cruel to you (the owner)... ::bite:: that's loyalty for you. But humans are not capable of understanding such a simply complex concept. Therefore, I plan to invest in spending more time with kanines.... :?
